I truly love meringue! I haven't exactly narrowed it down to what I love so much about it! Perhaps just making it, but I really love breaking off little peaks on the top and popping them in your mouth...oh how they melt! Or maybe the fact that if you should drop an undressed meringue it will shatter into a thousand pieces...like a fine tea saucer. Oh if only the moon were made of meringue...instead of cheese!

SWEET O' MERINGUE
